DELIVERY RATES & POLICIES
0–25 miles: Order min $80 = free delivery  |  orders under $80 = $7.50 fee
25–50 Order min $120 = free delivery  |  orders under $120 = $13.75 fee
50+ miles: contact us for rates

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS FOR FREE CUSTOMER PICKUP? 
Customer pickup is available Monday-Friday, 9AM - 4 PM
Need us to stay later, just ask and we'll try to accommodate.
Upon arriving please ring the bell. An email confirming your order will be followed by a second email letting you know when it's ready for pickup. While not required, providing us with an ETA helps ensure a smooth process.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Upon ordering local delivery, we will reach out to inform you when you can expect your order on one of our weekly routes, which your location will be assigned when you open a wholesale account. After each order, you will be contacted by one of our reps with delivery confirmation ASAP. 

If you ordered cases out of state, your order will be shipped as fast as possible. If shipping, we rely on UPS, USPS, or other delivery partners to reach customers, and the shipment process can take up to 5 business days to arrive at your door due to weather and other circumstances, depending on when they were ordered, the delivery destination, and the flavor(s) chosen.

DO YOU DELIVERY KEGS?
Yes, we deliver kegs (Kombucha, Lemonade, Nitro Coffee, Cold Brew coffee) within Minnesota, but we do not ship kegs by post or mail them to other states.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO IN THE US?
J's NA Distribution ships 12 packs of cans to all US states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, but only performs local deliveries within Minnesota.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?
Not at this time.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped if available.

HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?
Depending on your delivery address and which flavor(s) you choose, you products will ship cardboard box or some cases, orders will be shipped via alternative methods if safe to do so. You may receive ice packs or not depending on the product.
